The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

Yes. There is a minimum call-out fee, but this is only two hours for the most popular house cleaning services. When you book, there are no extra fees added on top, so what you see is exactly what you get!
The minimum call-out fees are as follows:
Regular weekly & fortnightly house cleaning: $190 (two hours of labour for small home 1-3 bedrooms)
$95.00 per hour per cleaner ( larger homes of 4 + plus bedrooms
One off Cleaning, Spring Cleaning, Deep Kitchen Cleaning, Window Cleaning: $285 (three hours of labour)
Tidy House Work charge their services according to the following hourly rates:
Regular cleaning and housekeeping: Weekly, fortnightly: $ 95 per hour, per cleaner for 2 hour minimum for 1-3 bedroom homes. $95 per hour thereafter. Or, $95 per hour, per cleaner for 3 hours minimum for 4 +plus bedrooms homes. $95 per hour thereafter.
Your cleaner will let you know upfront what’s achievable within the time you have booked, and together you can decide which priorities on your wish list are more important or whether you need to book more time for your service. Your Tidy House Work cleaner won’t work longer than you’ve both agreed to, so there will never be any hidden price surprises!
If your cleaner is sick or going on leave, we’ll arrange for a new cleaner to step in while they’re gone. And if it so happens that your cleaner can’t continue working with you on a permanent basis, we’re more than happy to arrange another cleaner who will fit your house cleaning needs.
Yes, we do! Tidy Work House believe in not using toxic home cleaning products that aren't good for either the planet or your family. Our local Rockhampton cleaners bring all of the necessary eco-friendly cleaning products and equipment to make your house sparkle.
We love furry friends – our cleaners have their own fur families themselves so they’re very used to tackling random fur and stains, and use eco-friendly cleaning products to protect your pet's health. Your local Rockhampton cleaner will also pay attention to little things, like filling an empty water bowl or remembering to close doors and safety gates for those pets who like to escape!
There is a $60.00 cancellation fee if you cancel without giving 24 hrs notice or are not home when we have scheduled your clean.
We too love out furry family members, we only ask if guard dogs or dogs not liking new people in their environment are secured for our safety.
Unfortunately, yes there is a travel fee of $50.00 if outside of the Rockhampton area
